Welcome again to the home of Easy Healthy Recipes on Budget & Easy Healthy dessert on Budget, Today i will guide you how to make “Loaded Cauliflower Casserole”. I made this Delicious recipe a few days ago, and I absolutely loved it and enjoyed it with my family. It came out very tasty and flavorful.
Don’t worry it’s easy! This delicious healthy recipe is easy to make and i walks you through the steps and all the ingredients on how to make it!

  • “rebecca” : I subbed shallot for chives (what I had on hand), subbed cheddar for colby-jack, regular bacon instead of turkey bacon, and omitted mushrooms. OMG, this was amazing. My 4 year old ate half of it in one sitting, then asked me to make it again the next day.
    “sue” : I made this recipe exactly as written, except I used regular bacon, not turkey bacon. It was so delicious, even my husband, who “hates” cauliflower, ate a big serving! I didn’t tell him what it was, just served it and he ate it all! That alone makes it 5 stars for me. I will definitely make it again. I especially loved the mini-bellas, chopped into the mix. Very very good!
    “karen” : Really tasty. I had been looking for something with chicken, cauliflower, and cheese, so I adapted this. I had cooked chicken tenders which I reheated in olive oil with the garlic, salt and pepper, and added some rosemary and crushed red pepper (and a smidge of turmeric). Once heated through, removed from the heat, added the sour cream and mayo and cheese, then cauliflower, and etc per the recipe. I didn’t use mushrooms either. Two finicky teenagers and myself gobbled over half of it in about 20 minutes. Delicious! !
    “lisa” : My favorite dish! I have always hated cauliflower but with this dish, the flavors where amazing! I used sharp cheddar since that’s what i currently had in the fridge. It came out tasty, definitely will be making this dish again.
    “robin” : I made this for an office birthday party honoring a staff member who is on a low carb diet. It is to die for. I didn’t make one change to the recipe and even my husband told me to make it again! This is now on my “to do at all times” list!
    “judy” : Very good! I used regular bacon. I used green onion as the scallions didn’t look good at the store. I used the Monterey cheese with some cheddar mixed in. Thumbs up from my husband and kids. It reminded me of a baked potato but with cauliflower instead. I will make this again.
