  • “lucy” : This is one of the family’s favorite meals. I sometimes add frozen peas or frozen green beans to get our veggie in there. Delicious! Easy to make and a favorite at pot lucks too! If I don’t have green onions I simply use white or yellow onion that I have on hand.  I have used Jimmy Dean sausage: Italian variety, Hot variety, and Regular variety…all come out super!  I have made it both in the oven and on the stove, either way you’ll have a hit!
