Welcome again to the home of Easy Healthy Recipes on Budget, Today i will guide you how to make “creamy pea hummus”. I made this Delicious recipe a few days ago, and I absolutely loved it and enjoyed it with my family. It came out very tasty and flavorful.

Pea hummus (yields 2 cups)
-1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas (~ 250g or one 14-oz can, drained)
-1 cup cooked green peas (170g)
-3 cloves garlic
-1/4 cup water (60g); plus more as needed
-3 tablespoons tahini (45g)
-juice of ½ lemon, or to taste
-½ teaspoon sea salt, or to taste
-½ teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
-spices / herbs of your choice, to taste
-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (42g)


Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a food processor. Begin blending while streaming in the olive oil. If the mixture is too dry, add more water as needed; about 1 tablespoon at a time. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the seasonings if needed, then serve immediately.
