I made this Delicious recipe a few days ago, and I absolutely loved it and enjoyed it with my family. It came out very tasty and flavorful.

Also, could I use extra virgin olive oil in place of the butter for a healthier fat? If I substituted the olive oil, how much would you recommend? Thanks.

I did accidentally use a whole stick of butter (I thought it said 1/2 cup! ) so I’m sure that contributed to how good it was, but still the sauce and the seasonings in this are delicious! Will definitely become a standard in our rotation!
