I made this Delicious recipe a few days ago, and I absolutely loved it and enjoyed it with my family. It came out very tasty and flavorful.

For the 2 teaspoons of garlic & onion powder, I used 1 teaspoon each of garlice and onion salt and one of garlic and onion powder….just to kick up a little more flavor. This will be a regular recipe for me as it is filling, substantial, tasty and low in calories. a real winner!
