Welcome again to the home of Easy Healthy Recipes on Budget & Easy Healthy dessert on Budget, Today i will guide you how to make “BBQ chicken with roasted sweet potato and sautéed broccoli and onion”. I made this Delicious recipe a few days ago, and I absolutely loved it and enjoyed it with my family. It came out very tasty and flavorful.
Don’t worry it’s easy! This delicious healthy recipe is easy to make and i walks you through the steps and all the ingredients on how to make it!

INGREDIENTS:

2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
kinderssauce zero sugar roasted garlic BBQ sauce
1 small sweet potato
primalpalate meat & potatoes seasoning
1/2 of a small sweet onion (sliced)
1 cup of broccoli
Olive oil

DIRECTIONS:

Cut up sweet potato and coat in olive oil and meat & potatoes seasoning. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 min (flip halfway through).
While sp is roasting, coat chicken in bbq sauce then cook in ninjakitchen foodi on tendercrisp bake/roast 390 for 20 min (flip halfway through).
Steam broccoli & onion in a pan (I just add a splash of water, put the top on, and leave for 3 ish min on med heat). Once soft, add olive oil, and sauté until they start to brown.
