Welcome again to the home of Easy Healthy Recipes on Budget & Easy Healthy dessert on Budget, Today i will guide you how to make “Baked Buffalo Wings”. I made this Delicious recipe a few days ago, and I absolutely loved it and enjoyed it with my family. It came out very tasty and flavorful.
Don’t worry it’s easy! This delicious healthy recipe is easy to make and i walks you through the steps and all the ingredients on how to make it!

  • “alyssa” : I have always baked my buffalo wings, but this is the first time I’ve drenched them in flour prior to baking them. I only added 3 tsp of cayenne pepper to the flour because 5 tsp seemed excessive. The wings were crispy and juicy on the inside. Definitely the best wings I’ve ever made. Thanks for sharing!
  • “shagen” : I really love Buffalo Wild Wings (a buffalo wing restaurant & bar)!! I don’t have one near me unfortunately but whenever I am in a city that has one I always stock up on their spicy sauces!! I used the BWW sauce that I have and just tossed it with finished wings that I baked at 425 for 20 minutes on one side and 15 on the other. Other than that they were cooked as the recipe said with the flour and butter and they were so awesome!!!

  • “jones” : Great recipe for wings. Per other reviews, I made sure the wings were very dry before breading, and let sit in fridge for around 3 hours. However, when baking, I did half of my wings with dipping in the sauce then baking, the other half I didn’t put sauce on until last 10 minutes. Flavor was about the same on both, but the ones that I didn’t put the sauce on until the last 10 minutes came out way crispier than wings dipped in sauce before baking.
  • “lina” : absolutely wonderful. full of flavor that sticks to the meat, not your mouth and fingers. it’s also easy to adjust to your preferred levels of spiciness and also easy to add new flavors (little bit of bbq sauce, honey, etc.)
  • “sandra” : Wow! My husband and I were really impressed with this recipe-he even said to add it to the regular rotation! The results were very close to the taste & texture of wings from our favorite wing place. After reading the reviews, here were the changes I made: 1). Drying the wings before placing in the flour mixture 2). Placing the wings on a wire rack coated in non-stick spray, then placing the rack over in the baking pan I had refrigerated the wings on. 3). Cooked the wings at 425 for 45 minutes, turning after 30 minutes 4). I didn’t put sauce on the wings before placing in the oven-before turning them over I brushed that side with the sauce, then finished cooking them. After they were done, I placed the wings and sauce in a bag and shook. Sauce stayed on and coated them well. They also had a slightly crispy skin.
