Some days we wake up feeling not great about what we see in the mirror. For some of us, body dissatisfaction may even be a constant feeling that we’ve just learned to live with. Over the years I’ve looked in my mirror and seen many different versions of myself, some that I’ve liked and others that I’ve hated. Being happy in your own skin isn’t always easy, and everyone feels unhappy about their body every now and then. But this fact should give you comfort, knowing that your unhappiness is only fleeting, and a normal worry to have here and there. Letting go of this worry is about recognizing your own beauty and loving yourself for what you are. The best way to be happy in your body is to stop letting your insecurities rule your life. Here are some amazing techniques That “Real People” Do To Feel Good About Their Bodies:
1. Defy fashion “Rules”:
I love trying on clothes that society claims won’t look good on someone with my body type. It feels like I’ve been gifted some kind of superpower.
If you’ve ever read a magazine or looked up fashion tips online, you’ve probably come across at least a few fashion rules that you feel you need to abide by. No one really knows exactly where they came from, or who made them up, but we all know that we’re supposed to be following them.
These rules may have began with good intentions, but they actually aren’t that helpful. They lead to fashion myths that can smother any sense of personal style. Fashion should be about wearing what you like and what makes you feel good, and that shouldn’t come with a set of guidelines. A great outfit can be something classic and trendy, but it can also be something unique and wild. Listening to fashion myths is never going to help anyone find their own personal sense of style.
Even legitimate stylists, who make a living out of coaching people on what to wear, dislike the rules within the industry. Insider spoke with a few stylists who talked about the fashion myths they want everyone to stop believing, and their answers just might help you put together a more creative look each day.
So feel free to try on clothes that society claims won’t look good on someone with your body type. It feels like You’ve been gifted some kind of superpower.
2. Write love letters to yourself:
Love. The greatest experience of all, meant to be explored every day. From best friends to lovers and everyone in between, we spend so much time and energy giving love. But we often forget, avoid, or neglect to do a pretty important thing: love ourselves.
No matter your age, place, race or space, you are amazing, capable, special, wise, and caring, even if you suffer from the worldwide epidemic many women struggle to overcome: never feeling good enough.
So Feel free to write thank you notes and love letters to the parts of your body that You normally don’t like. For example, You should love that the stretch marks on your legs represent all the great food I’ve eaten and the good times I’ve experienced.

3. Do things you love:
Hating Monday mornings and living on paychecks is not the way to live life. Instead of lashing out at your current situation, you should see what you need to change your life. We are not here to pay bills and die. We are here to live our lives joyfully, without worrying about anything or at least minimize worry and fear.
When we do what we love we actually are more likely to be successful, happier and healthier. If you don’t want to work a single day in your life, then you should start doing the things which you really love and make your living with that work.
For Example go to the gym when You’re feeling crappy about your body. You’re not going there as punishment or to overdo it, but rather to remind yourself that you’re blessed with a capable, strong body. Lifting, running, and swimming remind you how lucky You’re to have a body that can keep up with the sports You love and carry you through life.
